Directions: In saucepan, mix packet contents with 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup olive oil, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook over medium-high heat, while stirring constantly. Remove from heat once pesto comes to a boil. Add to freshly prepared pasta and top with vegan parmesan cheese if desired.
