From Harvest Direct, these chicken-style vegan soy strips are made without genetically modified soy. Substitute for real chicken in recipes. Simply add water and simmer for 15 minutes. Net weight 2.5 ounces.
Directions: Combine contents of package with 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain any liquid and serve or use in recipes calling for chicken.
