Chill for 12-18 hours before using, and keep refrigerated once open.
According the distributor, the soy and oil in this product will begin to separate around 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Once this happens, the product is unusable. (This is different from heating during cooking, which brings the product to a much higher temperature quickly enough that it doesn`t separate.)
