Hazelnut Cranberry Roast

New from Field Roast! A sumptuous, rich grain meat seasoned with toasted hazelnuts and rosemary stuffed with a sausage-style mixture of Field Roast, cranberries, apples, and crystallized ginger. Wrapped en croute with a rich vegan puff pastry, it is perfect as a center piece for a delicious, gourmet holiday meal!

2-lb roast.

Directions:
Thaw roast for 4 hours. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees, unwrap, place roast on a sheet pan and place in oven until golden brown (approximately 30-40 minutes). Let cool for 10 minutes and cut into 1" slices.

Field Roast products are shipped frozen. Shelf life is 7 days after being thawed if kept refrigerated.

Puff Pastry: Enriched wheat flour, water, expeller pressed palm oil, sea salt.
