The large 2-lb grain roast will enliven any vegetarian menu! Also great served cold on sandwiches and pizzas, in salads, and ground meat dishes. Fat-free and super-high in protein.
Field Roast products are shipped frozen. Expiration date is 45 days after being thawed if kept refrigerated.
Directions:
To Serve Hot: To heat whole loaf, lightly steam for 15 minutes until heated through. For partial loaf, slice into pieces and stir-fry using marinades, oils, or broths on high heat. Keep moist and avoid dry heat. Microwave 30 seconds only.
To Serve Cold: Slice for sandwiches and pizzas, chop for salads and ground meat dishes. Marinate and use in salads.
